Mercy Aigbe returns from UK medical trip, says ‘I am hale and hearty now’

Star actress cum film maker, Mercy Aigbe, who has been on a medical trip to the United Kingdom to correct the fractured skull she reportedly  suffered from the encounter with her estranged hubby, Olanrewaju Gentry (Larry Gents) weeks back, returned to Nigeria today (Saturday June 3, 2017).

In encomium.ng’s bid to find out it the talented actress is back in the country from the trip, we put a call through her mobile phone/as usual/around 11.30 am, and she picked the call immediately and reacted, “What a surprise! How did you know I have arrived? I just came in now from the airport. Are you monitoring me? That’s a surprise, honestly.”
We, however, had a chat with the pretty thespian on the development concerning her health after the treatment abroad. And she stated, “I am back now, hale and hearty. I left Nigeria about 12 days ago. I am very much okay now. I have completed my treatment and have been certified fit by the doctor in charge. That’s why I was allowed to leave for Nigeria.”
Our attempt to talk to the pretty mother of two further was rebuffed as she said she was busy.
“Please, I am busy now. I will talk to you later when I am done.”
Mercy AIGBE was allegedly assaulted by her estranged husband, Larry Gents weeks back which resulted in swollen face and fractured skull. The news of their troubled home was all over the place for weeks.
The case was reported by Aigbe at the Ministry of Women Affairs and later charged to Ikeja Magistrate Court  in Ogba where Gentry was served with a stay away order from his estranged wife, and stopped from assaulting her.
Another case landed the Ilesanmi, Osun born hotelier in Ikoyi Prisons after his failure to perfect his bail conditions of N500,000 with two sureties in like sum. He, however, managed to meet the bail conditions on Tuesday, May 16, 2017. And shortly after, he embarked on a pilgrimage to Jerusalem. He has also returned to Nigeria.
This was also confirmed by encomium.ng on Saturday, June 3, 2017, when we contacted Gentry around 4.20 pm, and he reacted: “Yes, I am back. I came back to Nigeria on Tuesday, May 30, 2017.”
On the latest about the situation of things concerning his case with his wife, he only said, “I am okay now”. He, however, promised to have a comprehensive chat with us soon.
