FAMOUS thespian, Moji Olaiya has faulted the tale that she is planning to wed a Canada-based lover, whose name is still under wraps, adding that it’s neither true nor meaningful.
Speaking with ENCOMIUM Weekly on Thursday, July 25, 2013, the sultry actress expressed discomfort about the tale, calling on the public to disregard it.
“It’s a fat lie. I am not planning wedding with anybody. I don’t even know the Canada-based lover they are talking about. And to fault their claim, I am not in Canada, I am in Lagos. It’s only that I have been busy with Lagos State Government programme, which has taken the whole of my time for the past three days. So, I don’t know where the story emanated. I just want to tell the public, especially my fans to ignore it.
“In the first place, won’t I divorce before remarrying? I am not yet divorced. So, the story is baseless and irrelevant. It has no meaning to me. I just see it as a rumour being peddled by idle hands.”
However, when the news of her separation from her estranged hubby, Mr. Okesola broke months back, the pretty role interpreter denied it all, claiming all was well. Not until recently when it became obvious that the hitherto well cemented union had collapsed and without any hope of reconciliation, that she came out frankly that her marriage has hit the rocks when she granted an interview in one of the national dailies.
