Barring any last minute disruption, the body of Moji Olaiya – who died in the early hours of Thursday, May 18, in Canada – will arrive Nigeria on Wednesday, May 31, 2017.
Insiders revealed that the corpse of the 42 year old star actress is ready to be freighted home.
On Sunday, May 28, many of her colleagues were eagerly awaiting the remains… but in vain. There was even a mention of burial yesterday.
With autopsy completed, all the paperwork done and $30,000 donation from Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the kitty, the corpse is in a funeral home in Canada, prepared for the journey to Nigeria.
The burial committee headed by star actress Fathia Balogun mentioned that the casket containing the remains of the mother of two daughters would be accompanied by two persons to Nigeria.
In Canada, Moji Olaiya’s brother, Femi (who’s based in London) and Yinka Farinde (a promoter operating from Canada) are in charge there.
Her daughter, born in March 2017, is doing well. And she’s coming home too on Wednesday…
