Most expensive cities in the world: Lagos fails to make list… London leads, Hong Kong second

West Africa’s business hub, Lagos, is nowhere to be seen on the list of the most expensive cities in the world to live and work in, in a survey by London-based estate agent – Savills.

England’s capital London leads the way as the most expensive city in the world, while Hong Kong comes in second place.

Completing the list are New York (3rd), Paris (4th), Tokyo (5th), Singapore (6th), Moscow (7th), Sydney (8th), Dubai (9th), Shanghai (10th), Rio de Janeiro (11th) and Mumbai (12th).
