When and how did you join the movie industry?

I have been in the industry for a while now. I actually started with dance. I was trained by an NGO, whose main medium of passing messages across to the grassroots people is through dance, acting and songs. I later read Mass Communication. I produced my first movie in 2008.

What has been the challenge so far?

It has been tough, but I bless God. It has not been easy as an up and coming actor, But in all, I give thanks to God.

How about the pains and gains?

So much pains and little gain. But I see it as a price to pay to become somebody, so, appreciate all the pain and I see them as the ladder I need to climb to get to where am going for real.

Do you think you are where you are supposed to be in the industry?

Yes, I think so, it is one step at a time.

So, what have you been up to lately?

Shooting and featuring in movies, I also present a TV talk show on Orisun TV where am popularly called Kabiyesi Miliki Express. I write script, I am also preparing for my masters.

How do you combine all these together?

It’s not easy at all, the stress is killing, but God has been merciful.

How have you been able to sustain yourself in the industry?

I am into a lot of other things, I Mc, anchor shows, write for both radio and TV. Then I think my creativity makes me.

Sometimes back it was reported that, you were in Rivalry with Odunlade Adekola, how true is the story?

Rivalry! How? Odun, is a boss and a senior colleague, he is made , I learn and pick stuff from him. There is nothing of such, people take the fact that we look alike to say things. He is someone I respect a lot.

Can you recall the top three movies that shot you to limelight?

I know of Oseregi, my first movie, Kudi Klepto and Kulusoni but most important Kudi Klepto.

How will you describe your experience so far in the industry?

It’s been fun and challenging, I learn from every one, I am a very quiet person, in my silence I learn a lot and pick stuffs from people to make myself a better actor.

What distinguishes you from other artistes?

It’s all about interpretation and delivery, tasking your brain every now and then, and constantly rehearsing.

Who are your role models in the movie industry?

I look up to every successful actor in the industry, Uncle Antar Laniyan, Femi Adebayo, Odunlade, Muyiwa Ademola and so many others.

What has been the secret of your success?

My hard work, God and my parent.
