IT’S surely a moment of joy and celebration in the life of famous comic actor, Bolaji Amusan, better addressed as Mr. Latin. And the reason is not far-fetched.
ENCOMIUM Weekly was informed by an industry source that the Abeokuta, Ogun based thespian signed a long term endorsement deal with a popular real estate company, SP Asset Link on Tuesday, September 30, 2014.
The endorsement, we were told, came with mouth-watering cash prize and a brand new Honda Accord.
According to the source, the customized car was presented to the brilliant role interpreter by SP Asset Link CEO, Mr. Olaleye Peters. The event held at the company’s head office at Suite 41, Phase III, LSDPC complex, Pen Cinema, Agege, Lagos.
“Mr. Latin is very happy and excited at the moment. He was made the face of SP Asset Link on Tuesday, September 30, 2014, and was given a brand new Honda Accord. I learnt he also smiled home with an undisclosed amount. I also learnt the contract is renewable after two years.”
Reacting to the good news, Mr. Latin told ENCOMIUM Weekly on Monday, October 6, 2014 that the new endorsement deal is nothing but a special favour from God. He, therefore, pledged to be a good ambassador of the company.
“Yes, I am now the face of SP Asset Link, and it came with a juicy package. It makes me feel great and elated. I am so happy and excited that I am recognized by the company. I promise not to disappoint as the ambassador of SP Asset Link.”
Asked to disclose the total package involved, the Gbongan, Osun born film maker said, “As I said, it’s a juicy package. I am happy about it. I was given a brand new Honda Accord, but I won’t disclose the cash prize.”
