Muiz Banire, 20 others become SAN

Dr Muiz Banire, the Legal Adviser of All Progressives Congress and the Senior Partner at Muiz Banire & Associates, is now a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN). He was one of the 21 lawyers that were announced by The Legal Practitioners’ Privileges Committee (LPPC) on Friday, July 10, 2015, as new members of the prestigious club of the legal profession usually referred to as the SILK .

When we called the amiable gentleman this afternoon, he was excited – but he couldn’t speak with us. One of the staffers in his chambers, however, confirmed the good news to encomium.ng. Others on the list are: Director, Legal Services, Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Ibrahim Kanje Bawa, son of former Anambra State Deputy Governor, Virgy Etiaba, son of former President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Wole Olanipekun (SAN), Dr. Oladapo Olumide Olanipekun, Edward Kunav Ashiekaa, Benson Sopulu, Joseph Sunday Bamigboye, Patrick Ocheja Okola, Dr. Akinpelu Theophilus Onigbinde, Samuel Otseilu Zibiri, Adeniyi Ayodele Adegbonmire, Emmanuel Chinwenwo Aguma, Olumuyiwa Akinboro, Gordi Uche, Uchechukwu Valentine Obi and Kehinde Kolawole Eleja.
