‘Nigerian airport securities think my laptop stand is a weapon!’ – DJ Obi

Nigerian DJ, Obi Ajuonuma who broke the world record for longest ever DJ set has one big issue with traveling and it’s the Nigerian Immigration Service. The young DJ along with his friend and manager, Asa Asika revealed this in an interview with Accelerate TV.

DJ Obi claims that airport authorities often tackle him about some of his disc jokey equipment and often imply that they are “weapons”. He also went ahead to reveal more horrible travel adventures experienced with his manager.

Obi, who became popular after his 240-hour disc jockeying marathon, is Syndik8 Records’ official DJ as well as the son of late media professional, Levi Ajuonuma.
