Nigerian who jumped White House fence is mentally disturbed – says father

The father of the Nigerian who jumped the American White House fence on Wednesday (October 22) night has said his son was mentally ill.

Dominic Adesanya (23) is currently hospitalized with dog bite wounds on his arms, back, chest and knee after he was subdued by two police dogs on the White House lawn.

According to his father who declined to give his name, he suffers from paranoia and hears voices. He added that the family had sought help from the government for Adesanya’s illnesses but “nobody has wanted to help us get help for him”.
