Since the postponement of 2015 general elections by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Monday, February 2, 2015, Nigerians, home and abroad have been condemning the action of the commission.
Some Nigerians ENCOMIUM Weekly sought their views on the polls shift also poured out their anger over the postponement.
‘There’s nothing one can do about the shift’

There’s nothing one can do about the shift of the elections dates. As they say, there’s no point crying over spilt milk.
‘I am not okay with the shifting’

The citizens are always ready to vote because it’s our right, so the postponement does not affect the people, it only makes you better prepared. The government should also use the opportunity to distribute the cards so as to make the citizens legible to vote.

I feel we should have held it on Saturday, February 14 because Dasuki said security does not call for postponement. Come to think of it, even the security agencies, won’t they vote? If yes, will they be at the unit and see evil coming. More so, for GEJ to deny his approval for the postponement, I think it’s propaganda.
