No burial date yet for alleged lovers found dead in a car

The Olowus, family of Lukman Olowu, who was found dead  with his alleged lover, Promise Nse Clement, inside his car in Ogba on Sunday, October 29, 2017 are still beclouded with details of what’s happening with the body of their relative which is yet to be released for burial  days after the autopsy was said to have been conducted on it being the only way to ascertain the actual cause of the  death of the two lovers.
A younger brother of the deceased, Ibrahim Olowu expressed doubt about the release of his brother’s remains this week as there’s no pointer assuring the family of that.
Speaking with encomium.ng on Monday, November 6, 2017, Ibrahim said, “We’re confused and even fed up. We don’t know what’s really holding back the body. They should release it to us for burial in time. It’s getting too late. We’re just going there, nothing is really happening to show us that we can even get the body this week.”
On Lukman’s Toyota Corolla car inside which himself and Promise were found dead, his brother also reacted, “The car is still at the State Criminal Investigation Department, Panti, Yaba, Lagos where further investigation is being handled. Nothing has been heard from there also.”
All encomium.ng’s efforts to get the reaction of the state command via its spokesperson, ASP Olarinde Famous Cole didn’t yield the desired result as we could not get through to him via his mobile line. We also sent him a text, all to no avail.
