Ogun honours outgoing Chief Judge

The Ogun State Executive Council has honoured outgoing state Chief Judge, Justice Olatokunbo Olopade, hailing her enviable contributions to the judicial system in the state.
Governor Ibikunle Amosun, during a valedictory session, at the state Executive Council meeting, lauded Olopade, who retires from service today, for the innovation and professionalism introduced to the state judicial system.
Deputy Governor, Chief (Mrs.) Yetunde Onanuga and the Secretary to the State Government, Barr. Taiwo Adeoluwa, noted that the first female chief judge in the state, discharged her duty with all sense of dedication and professionalism, without any blemish, describing her as a rallying point, mentor and leader per excellence.
Chief of Staff to the Governor, Chief Tolu Odebiyi and the Head of Service, Mr Abayomi Sobande described the outgoing chief judge as a good woman in position of authority and a team player, who cares and has passion for equity and justice for the development of humanity.
Attorney General, Dr. Olumide Ayeni and Commissioner for Agriculture, Mrs. Adepeju Adebanjo, both commended the exemplary leadership of Olopade.
In her response, Olopade appreciated the state Executive Council for the unprecedented honour, commending the Amosun administration for not interferring with the judicial system.
