In fulfillment of its promise to labour leaders, the Ogun State Government, on Friday, announced the payment of April 2016 salary to all categories of its workers and pensioners.
The state government also announced the payment of part of the outstanding deductions.
It will be recalled that labour and government had been in continuous negotiations over the issue of outstanding deductions.
The State government is proud to state that in spite of the current financial crunch, it is not owing workers salaries.
As workers celebrate May Day, the Ogun State government reassures workers of its commitment to their welfare.
