Untainted moguls Okey Adibe has completed the Nmulti-million Clayarts Plaza. Confirming this in a chat with ENCOMIUM Weekly on Friday, December 19, 2014, Adibe said, the wondrous edifice on KM 18, Lekki-Epe Expressway (6th Roundabout before Chevron, Igbo-Efon Bus Stop, Lagos, has already opened for business.
The founder of Clayarts, which deals in sanitary wares, such as Jacuzzi, Wash hand basins, WC, shower cubicles, mixers, and all bathroom essentials, also revealed he completed the multi-million naira structure in eight months.
“It took us roughly between seven and eight months to bring the structure to a complete end. I cannot give the actual amount I spent to construct the building but I would say its estimated value is more than N400 million. It’s the Lord’s doing and it’s marvellous in our sight.”
We also learnt that Clayarts Plaza has two floors and a penthouse for office use. There is also a large parking space.
Reminded he has been in business for almost 30 years, the enterprising tycoon admitted that business has been good over the years. On what has sustained him since 1985, Okey Adibe said its hard work and delivering unique products to customers as well as having a great team and most especially, the grace of God.
With a mission to have Clayarts products in Nigeria, the firm parades some of the best quality and competitive products in the market. The mogul, who is also Clayarts Managing Director, equally explained that customers’ needs are paramount in his business.
Meanwhile, Clayarts would be offering up to 50 percent discount for the season. The objective is to pamper loyal customers, while encouraging those shopping at Clayarts for the first time this festive period to continue to make purchase, even after the season.
