‘Our favourite banks’ – Customers

We all love to save. No matter how difficult it might be, Nigerians still save money for the raining day. This boils down to choosing a bank that is reliable enough to handle our money out of the 21 banks in Nigeria. We sampled opinions of Nigerians about their choice bank and why they prefer that bank.

 

ADENIRAN OMOLARA – My favourite bank is GTBank. I love the bank with fast banking system, their numerous packages. For instance, the fast track pack where you can save your money in less than five minutes. It’s banking on the go. Right now, you can change the phone number where they can alert you after transactions on the ATM machine. I also like their spacious banking hall too because all their branches I have been to are just spacious. I also like the fact that they have enough staff attending to people unlike every other bank.

 

TIJANI TAOHEED – I love GTBank the most. I love their services compared to other banks. Their method of banking is unique. They are customer friendly and their services are just suiting and reliable.

 

GIWA TOSIN – I like Diamond Bank because it’s not always too crowded. Whenever I go there, I spend less than 15 minutes and I’m out. That is the only bank account I own and I’m happy banking with them.

 

ASHIRU GBENGA – I like GTBank because it’s a student bank. I think it’s only GTBank that runs zero account. Whenever I’m in school, even if I have N500 in my account and I see any ATM that dispenses N500 notes, I’ll collect money. I

 

AYOOLA – I like Zenith bank. Though I own account in Zenith and Stanbic IBTC, I still prefer Zenith to every other bank.

 

AJIBOLA GRACE – Let me say I love the bank I am using, Sterling Bank.

 

ADEROHUNMU GANIYAT – My choice bank is First Bank. I like First Bank since when I was young always also patronize them.

 

OPODEYI TAIWO – I prefer First Bank. It is good for a business man and entrepreneur to make a transaction.

 

ADEKOLA TIJANI – My favourite bank is Access Bank, I just like them, the way they attend to customers is very commendable.

 

AROWOLO ALIMAT – What did you expect me to like; it is my bank of course, Ecobank. They don’t charge anyhow and their services are good.

 

IJADUADE HALIMAT – My favourite bank is UBA. I like it because of their fast banking system, their numerous packages. They easily send you alert for any transaction, they don’t deduct money anyhow and I like the way their workers dress and attend to customers.

 

IMURAN ALANI – I love Zenith bank most, because their services are very good and you cannot compare them with other banks.

 

AYENI TITILAYO – I love Skye bank, their service is good. They make friends with their customers and their transaction is good.

 

OYEYINKA OLUWASEUN – I like GTBank because it runs zero account and it is easy to make transaction.

 

OLUWASEGUN OLAYINKA – I prefer First Bank, it is good to make a transaction outside the country.

 

MRS. OLAYEMI ADEBO – My choice of bank is Access Bank. I think it’s easier to bank with Access than any other bank.

 

DUROJAIYE – I prefer Zenith Bank. I’m a business man, so Zenith has really been good to me when it comes to banking.

 

MICHAEL GBADEBO – My choice bank is GTBank, With GTB, banking has become more easier.

 

BOLA AMOS – I have been banking with First Bank for long, it’s number one.

 

SHOBOWALE MARIAM – My choice of bank is GTB, it’s very much easier for me to send and transfer money online.

 

BABAJIDE AMOSUN – I prefer First Bank, I receive money from abroad every month through my account. It’s easier for me to use Western Union at First Bank.

 

SEYI OLADAPO – My choice bank is GTB. With GTB I have everything at my reach when it comes to banking.

 

MISS WONUOLA – I bank with GTBank and GTB alone, I don’t think I can use any other bank, it will be hard for me to switch.

 

ADEBISI TAIWO – My favourite bank is GTBank. I just love their manner of attending to customers and their management skill. In fact, to me, GTBank is the best bank in Nigeria today.

 

BALOGUN OLAIDE – I like Access Bank. Their staff are always neat and young and they know how to attend to customers well. I also love the fact that their banking hall is always clean and well ventilated.

 

JACOB ANI – I choose Zenith Bank, they are smart, easy and accessible. You don’t have to queue before you are attended to, you will be welcome and given a sit if there are other customers before you.

 

BARR. JOE – My choice bank is Access, it is the banker’s bank that one needs to bank with. They are strong, reliable and accessible.

 

MRS. CHIKA – I prefer Diamond Bank because they are very much fast and accountable in delivering their services. They attend to their customers on time and do not leave them wasting their time.

 

MRS. MARTHA NDUAGUBA – I would say my best bank and most preferred is Ecobank, they are very active in delivering their services, fast and accurate. Their customer care representative are accommodating in all ramification because of their cordial relationship with their customers.

 

CHIEF ALEX BUCHI – My favourite bank is Zenith Bank. I just like the bank because of their ability to keep my money safe for me. Anytime I’m out of cash, I drive straight to Zenith and my money is cashed out for me.

 

MRS. BOLA TINUBU – The best bank in this world is Zenith, they are reliable and trustworthy. They safe keep money for people and one can never run out of cash.

 

MISS ANGELA SHOLA – As you can see, I am in front of Fidelity Bank, they keep their words just like their name.

 

BAYO ADELEKE – I like Guaranty Trust Bank because of their active service to their undeniable customers. They are candid and the best bank to bank with.

 

ADEOLA ORISAGUN – I like Unity Bank because they are firm and reliable to their customers.

 

BISHOP EMMA – I like First Bank because they are first and truly the best.
