In the Believers’ Love World Incorporated, also known as Christ Embassy, one woman who stands out in many ways is the wife of the Founding President, Pastor Christian Oyakhilome, Rev. Anita is a pioneer member of the ministry as she was among the few that started it when the ministry, then a campus fellowship, was known as BLW.  And ever since she joined the ministry, she has been working hard to complement her husband’s efforts. That means they met while on campus. Interestingly, Pastor Tom, Oyhakhilome’s cousin was her pastor while regional directors, Rev. Ray Okocha and Evangelist Eddy Owase were her leaders back in the days.

The couple got married in 1991 in Lagos.  Their union is blessed with two daughters- Sharon and Charlyn.

Pastor Anita is a gifted writer; this is seen in many of her works. She has written many Christian books beside the ministry’s daily devotional, Rhapsody of Realities, which is now in over 250 languages all over the world. She co-authors with her husband and has written other books like: Don’t Pack Your Bags Yet, Confession For living, a Handbook For Successful Living, Unending Springs of Joy, etc.

Pastor Anita is a member of the Central Executive Council- the governing body-of the ministry. She is also a registered trustee of BLW in the UK and most likely in Nigeria.

Before their present marital crisis, she had been living apart in the UK with her children, enjoying dual citizenship. Anita only visits Nigeria twice in a year. During BLW’s annual PPCF held in the Lagos Mother church and December 7, her estranged husband’s birthday.

“Her dress sense is impeccable; she just can’t get it wrong with her dress sense. Her beautiful skin just like her husband’s is amazing, all thanks to the fact that she is a mixed race. Born of a Nigerian father, Mr. John U. Ebhodaghe, OFR, former MD/CEO of Nigerian Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC), and a Swiss mother, she is the first daughter in a family of five children,” a blogger, Chikeroonline adds.

Rev. Anita and her husband met at Edo State University, Ekpoma now Ambrose Ali University where she studied English.
