Pastors condemn RCCG pastor for burning orphan’s buttocks

Pastors have reacted to the ongoing atrocity of Pastor Clifford Ojugo of The Redeemed Christian Church of God who allegedly burnt the buttocks of a maid.
While speaking with encomium.ng , they expressed their disappointment at such a behavior by a so called clergy .
Pastor Kehinde Johnson stated, “There is no excuse for what he has done. A crime is a crime. Lying shouldn’t take such a punishment. It has turned to an abuse. He has no justification for what he has done really. If he is truly a man of God, the management of the Church he works with should ensure justice is done”.
Pastor Adeoye said, “Establishing the truth in any situation does not require him to go to the extent of burning the girl’s buttock. It is very wrong. If he is truly a pastor at The Redeemed Christian Church of God, the area, zonal, provincial pastors would all be queried and appropriate punishment would be carried out. In as much as it has become a public issue, they cannot escape the riot of justice from the church”
Pastor Adebisi Funke “The case should be taken seriously. We must stand against any forms of abuse. It saddens my heart that the man in question is a pastor. The church should be a place of refuge for an orphan. It is really sad that the pastor is involved in such an atrocity”.
A couple of days back, the news was all over the social media that a pastor known as Pastor Clifford Ojugo abused an orphan who is his maid for lying.
Since then, a lot of Nigerians have reacted to the atrocity committed by the pastor.
