The new inquest into the death of Peaches Geldof, reveals that the former model and socialite was a heroin addict, and had been taking methadone for two and a half years before her death.
Pathologist, Dr. Peter Jerreat, speaking at the inquest said morphine, codeine and methadone – all from heroin – were found in the tragic star’s blood, along with puncture marks on her wrists and thumbs, adding that the heroin level found in her blood was at a ‘fatal range’.
Peaches’ husband, Thomas Cohen, admitted at the inquest that the 25-year-old TV host suffered from a drugs problem and had been seeking treatment for two years.
