Please, don’t mention my name with any man again – Toyin Aimakhu pleads

Star actress cum film maker, Toyin Aimakhu whose name has been enshrouded in controversies over her failed romance with popular show biz promoter, Oluwaseun Olasunkanmi, otherwise known as Egbeegbe, has appealed to the general public not to associate her with any man again. She added she wants to be left alone so that her wound can heal fast.
This and much more were contained in a statement forwarded to encomium.ng on Thursday, April 28,2016,by her management, Tinimash Entertainment.
According to the statement, the controversial entertainer denied saying she was kidnapped by Egbeegbe as claimed by the latter.

For the past months, my name has been uttered with different controversial issues, both the truth and lies .Some find humour in it, while some insult and curse me. But at this point, I will say it has lingered for too long and does not seem funny anymore.
“I am human, I feel the pain, I have not stolen from any one,I have killed no one and I have not engaged myself in any shady relationship with anyone. I was out of marriage with someone I was so much in love with which left me traumatized. In the process of getting my life back, I made another mistake of getting myself into another mess which only makes me human, and I believe every disappointment is a blessing.
“For the record, I never for once stated that I was kidnapped by Mr. Seun Egbeegbe or anyone. I have a life of my own which consists of my father, mother, siblings and extended family. They are also not happy, and it eats me up. Please, I beseech you all, no one should mention my name along with any man any more. Please, enough is enough.
“Also, I want to appeal to any one I might have offended in anyway-my family, news houses and bloggers to please let me be to process all l am going through and heal quickly. Thank you all for the love.God bless.
“Lastly, to every woman who has been abused psychologically, physically, morally and emotionally, I respect you all. The Lord is your muscle”.
Meanwhile, when encomium.ng contacted Egbeegbe on Wednesday, April 27,2016,on whether Aimakhu has retracted the alleged implicating statement on his person, he declined comment.
