jeff 1-IMG_8619Since winning Project Fame West Africa competition, you have acquired a huge fan base not just in Nigeria but all over Africa.  What has been your experience so far?

The experience has been awesome.  The truth is winning comes with a lot of responsibilities and I’m still relishing those responsibilities.

Considering the fortune and fans that come with winning, how have you been able to handle popularity?

I’ve been able to handle the popularity quite well.  I’m not an A-list artiste, so I can still get away with quite some things.  So, I’m enjoying myself.

What genre of music do you make?

I’m an artiste, I’m not closed up in a box.  I am a musician, I’m not defined by genre.  I am defined by my music.

What songs have you released since winning Project Fame West Africa?

I’ve released Dip.  I sang it with Iyanya.

What’s your unique selling point as a musician?

I’m my unique selling point because I believe I’m unique and with God with me, I’ll be my selling point.

I love my female fan.  I don’t think I’ve gotten to the stage that I’d say fans but I love them.  I love ladies.

What was your most embarrassing moment?

My most embarrassing moment was when I got too emotional and I cried backstage.

What is the craziest thing a fan has ever done for you?

Fans, adding me on social network, insulting me and deleted me.  Afterwards, they started begging to add me back.

Are you in a relationship?

No, I’m not in a relationship.

Who is your ideal woman?

My ideal woman is the African woman.

What do you find attractive in a woman?

I like a woman who has a great personality.  It is not always about good looks.

Where do you see yourself in five years?

I see myself as a huge international artiste doing shows all over the world.

When are you releasing an album?

I really can’t tell you when, but I assure you, I am working on it and it will not take long.
