PROPHET ITODE ILOYE DEBUNKS DEATH RUMOUR

President and founder of Daba Ministries, also known as Prophetic Embassy, Prophet Itode Iloye has debunked the rumour that he’s dead.

The cleric, whose followers call Commander, made this clarification in an exclusive chat with ENCOMIUM Weekly on Friday, June 26, 2015.

“I’m alive, well and kicking and it’s a surprise that somebody would be wishing me dead”.

A lady, Daniela Ogolo had posted on her Facebook wall on Friday, June 19, 2015:

“This is why I love the man, Prophet Itode Iloye, the Commanding Commander. He died empty. He disappointed the grave yard. This man of God left no unfinished business in Nigeria, India, Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, South Africa, Zambia, Mozambique and beyond. It is finished. RIP!!”

Expectedly, the sad news sent panic to the minister’s members the world over. For instance, his Secretary in Trinidad and Tobago, Sabrina Ramgoolam almost was shocked to the bones.

“My phone started ringing because people wanted to know what is going on. He just left Trinidad few days ago to Nigeria for a programme. Now, after speaking to Commander Itode that evening I learned that this was not true because he  is alive and doing fine at a programme in Festac, Lagos Nigeria”, she reportedly said.

ENCOMIUM Weekly, however, gathered it was Prophet Itode’s mechanic who is alleged to have been involved in a fatal auto crash in a vehicle the man of God was supposed to travel in. And since the vehicle has his customised number plate, COMMANDER, the rumour of his demise would gain credence. But he has now told his concerned congregation and the world at large, he is not dead!

Meanwhile, when this wicked rumour was going on, Prophet Itode was said to be in Festac, Lagos, attending to his flock. With headquarters in Port-Harcourt, Rivers state and branches across the nation, Commander Itodo has put in over 27 years in his largely successful ministry.
