PSquare, Wizkid, D’banj, 9 others for  Glo Slide & Bounce Concert – Dare

National Telecoms Operator, Globacom, has announced plans to organise another edition of its comprehensive musical programme dubbed Slide and Bounce Concert.

The concert, which will kindle gripping fun starts in Ibadan on Saturday, August 29, will be staged in 10 other locations across the country with the best artistes in the nation’s music industry on parade.

In a statement released by Globacom in Lagos on Monday, the company stated that the star studded show “is packaged for the delight of our teeming subscribers in all the selected locations and adjoining cities and towns in order to give our loyal customers the best entertainment experience they can imagine.”

The 11 locations that will host the reloaded Glo Slide and Bounce concert include Ikeja, Surulere, Ikorodu, Egbeda and Victoria Island in Lagos; Ibadan; Port Harcourt; Abeokuta; Ijebu Ode; Benin and Abuja, where the best hands in the nation’s music industry will entertain the audience to the fullest.”

According to the company, artistes billed to perform at the concert include the Nigerian sensational PSquare, Wizkid, Flavour, D’banj, Wande Coal, Korede Bello, MI, Burna Boy, Bez and Dija as well as Edem and Kakee from Ghana, and Sessime from Benin Republic, just as DJ Xgee, DJ Neptune, DJ Tops and DJ Jimmy Jatt, will delight the audience with hit tunes.

The statement further explained that the trio of Gbenga Adeyinka, Okey Bakassi and Jimmie De Hype will anchor the shows.

The company urged interested subscribers who wish to attend the shows in any of the listed locations to use N2,000 and above within one month and send, “YES” and their preferred event location to a short code, 30188. For example, “YES IBADAN” to 30188.

Globacom assured that the first 100 fun seekers to arrive at the various venues will receive branded gift items and have the opportunity of posing with iconic Glo superstars like Mama G, Funke Akindele, Odunlade Adekola, Mr. Ibu, Chiwetalu Agu and Ini Edo.
