Queen Ayo Balogun set to drop Aye kan

Popular juju queen and president, Association of Juju Musicians (AJUM) Queen Ayo Balogun has completed her new album, One life (Aye Kan). And any moment from now, the multimillion naira project will hit the shelves.

The four-track album with the hit, Omo Toba sise is now ruling the airwaves massively. According to the ageless singer, Aye Kan will literarily set the entertainment industry ablaze, and will definitely be an album to beat.

Speaking with ENCOMIUM Weekly on Friday, April 11, 2014, the Ilesa, Osun born entertainer expressed appreciation to God for the completion of the album, adding that the new work will definitely quench the thirst of her numerous fans who have been anticipating the release of her new songs on audio CD.

“First, I thank God for His support. I believe in Him, that’s why He has always been with me. I also appreciate all those who believe in me as well, especially my fans, home and abroad. I thank them all, and I appreciate their patience all this while the release of the album was delayed. But work has been completed on it and any moment from now, Aye Kan will be released. We planned to release it this Easter but for one reason or the other, that’s not possible, coupled with the fact that my marketer, Gabriel Oladipupo of Balm of Gilead Music fame wants more awareness before it finally hits the market.

“What’s important is that we’re through with the production, and we have achieved our goal. My fans should watch out for Aye Kan. It’s surely going to raise the bar in the entertainment industry.”
