Rayce drops new album

One of Nigeria’s most talented musical artistes, Rayce and his record label, Soundcore, headed by veteran music administrator, Tony Nwakalor has finalized plans on the release of his new EP which is a follow up to his debut album, Get Lifted.

The EP titled DCMR is an eleven tracker album with tracks such as Ringo, Omoge Marina, Property, Wetin Dey, African B, For You and Tetela. He collaborated with fellow artistes, Seyi Shay and General Pype on two songs, Fire and Higher respectively. The EP has the production imprints of talented young producer, P Loops who produced 70 percent of the songs and Rayce himself with his Admire Beats production imprint.

The DCMR EP which has now been officially released is also available on iTunes for downloads. It has been described as a spectacular music compilations and a must have for every lover of good music by the few people who have been opportune to listen to the songs. Rayce has over the years proved his deftness and ingenuity with chart topping songs and etched his name as one of Nigeria’s finest talents.

Ahead of the release, Rayce earlier released videos for two of the songs on the EP, Ringo and Tetela.  According to Rayce management, they will embark on a promotional tour for the EP by June 2015 to further publicize it and create more demands for it.

Real names Rayce Amoni Kingsley, he is a multi-talented musician with skills in singing, songwriting/arranging and production. He has demonstrated a rare ability to infuse the feel and vibe of classic R&B music with the edgy flavor of hip-hop and Afro hip-hop.
