But the two women soon find some much-needed help from a pair of unexpected allies, the seasoned warrior Sarah Connor and the T-800 Terminator. Harriet (DStv Premium) 

Grammy award winner, Cynthia Erivo, stares in this captivating true-life biopic. After her escape from slavery, through the dangerous missions, she led to liberate hundreds of slaves through the Underground Railroad, we follow the story of the heroic Harriet Tubman, her courage, ingenuity, and tenacity. Get inspired on M-Net 1 channel 105, 14 September at 10 pm. 

City of lies (DStv Premium) 

Fans of late Tupac Shakur and The Notorious B.I.G will love this one. The very talented Johnny Depp and Forest Whitaker will captivate the audience with their performances. Los Angeles Police Department detective Russell Poole has spent years trying to solve his biggest case — the murders of The Notorious B.I.G. and Tupac Shakur. But after two decades, the investigation remains open. Jack Jackson, a reporter desperate to save his reputation and career, is determined to find out why. In search of the truth, the two team up and unravel a growing web of institutional corruption and lies. Showing on M-Net channel 106, 13 September at 8:00 pm. 

Awkwafina is Nora from Queens (DStv Premium) 

Nora Lum and her cousin struggle with young adulthood in Flushing, New York, but receive a little help from her father and grandmother. Catch some witty laughs Saturdays on Comedy Central channel 122 at 9:30 pm. 

Brooklyn Nine – Nine (Compact Plus)  

Andy Samberg, Melissa Fumero and Terry Crews stare in this hilarious comedy as it returns for its Season 7. Ray Holt, an eccentric commanding officer, and his diverse and quirky team of odd detectives solve crimes in Brooklyn, New York City. Catch this hilarious tv show every Wednesday at 8:00 pm on 1 Magic channel 103.  

Beirut (DStv Confam, Yanga) 

Lead actor in Mad Men Jonathan Daniel Hamm goes back in time to 1980s in Beirut. He plays the role of Mason Skiles, a former U.S. diplomat who is called back into service to save a colleague from the group that is possibly responsible for his own family’s death. Meanwhile, a CIA field agent who is working undercover at the American embassy is tasked with keeping Mason alive and ensuring that the mission is a success. Follow this very emotional movie on M-Net 4 channel 108 14 September at 8:00 pm. 

Operation Pacific (DStv Premium, Compact Plus, Compact, Confam and Yanga) 

The series revolves around Amalia Ortega played by Majida Issa, a leading and brilliant federal agent of the secret investigation unit of the National Police that has the mission and personal objective of capturing El Guapo, one of the last drug traffickers on the northern border of Mexico. Showing onTelemundo channel 118 weekdays from 14 September at 8:00 pm.
