RMD features in Glo sponsored TV drama series, Professor Johnbull

Professor Johnbull, the popular television drama series sponsored by the grandmasters of data, Globacom, will this week feature Nigeria’s iconic movie star, Richard Mofe Damijo, RMD in the episode titled “Work Chop”.

In the episode, RMD lives up to the appellation of Warffi Boy, as he counters the antics of his fraudulent “driver” in the parody which gives justification to the expression that a man earns his living from where he works, promises the viewing public  what it takes to be a well grounded ‘street-wise’ man as he engages his smart “Alec” driver in a game of wits and survival.‎

The episode “Work Chop” will be aired this Tuesday on NTA Network, NTA International on DSTV Channel 251 and NTA on StarTimes at 8.30 p.m.with a repeat broadcast on the same channels on Friday, also at 8.30 p.m.

Produced by Tchidi Chikere, with Globacom as Executive Producer, Work Chop promises to be a treatise of the cheating antics of domestic servants who seize every opportunity to pilfer.‎

Among other expositions, the new episode pays attention to why domestic servants cheat; why drivers, for instance, collect money and buy less quantity of fuel; why business owners keep two sets of receipts to cater for the cheating tendencies of their customers. It also provides insight on germane questions like what is ‘work chop in Nigerian parlance; why factory hands pilfer and why chauffeurs use their masters’ vehicles as cabs.

Regulars like Professor Johnbull  (Kanayo O. Kanayo), Olaniyi (Yomi Fash-Lanso), Abadnego (Martins Nebo) and other extras will join RMD to unravel the plot in the episode.

Viewers will also experience another philosophical depth of KOK as he lampoons domestic servants who exhibit dishonest tendencies and counsels on why people should not live above their means.
