Robin Williams’ gorilla friend ‘cried in mourning’ after star’s death 

Deceased comic star, Robin Williams’ gorilla friend – Koko – whom the star met during the filming of an animal documentary – ‘cried’ when she learnt of his death.

Robin Williams had struck up a special relationship with the trained gorilla, who understands up to 2,000 words and can communicate in sign language.

After she learned of the actor’s death, she signed the word for “cry” and looked “quiet and thoughtful” and acted “very somber.”
