Roger Moore broke records with 7 Bond films

Sir Roger Moore, who died today (Tuesday, May 23, 2017) at 89 of cancer in Switzerland, was the longest serving Mr. James Bond.

The secret agent role initially played by Sean Connery and George Lazenby was taken over by Sir Roger in 1973.  And he played the dapper actor with futuristic gadgets until 1985 ( all of 12 years).
He was Mr. Bond in seven feature films – Live and Let Die (1973), The Man With The Golden Gun (1974), The Spy Who Loved Me (1977), Moonraker  (1979), For Your Eyes Only (1981), Octopussy (1983) and A View to a Kill (1985).
He was born in Stockwell, London, England on October 14, 1927.
And he very active as an actor from 1945 until his death.
He’s been married four times, and has three children  – Deborah, Geoffrey and Christian.
