Legendary Cameroonian striker, Samuel Eto’o, is undergoing a medical at Liverpool ahead of a one-year deal, according to reports.
Th 33-year-old forward is a free agent after being released by Chelsea at the end of the last season; he has been linked with both Merseyside clubs – Liverpool and Everton – in the past weeks, but he is excited at the prospect of working under Brendan Rodgers at Liverpool.
Eto’o scored 12 goals in 34 appearances for Chelsea last season but hit out at Jose Mourinho after the 51-year-old joked about not knowing the striker’s real age.
