The police in Area F Command where he was arrested and detained for two days since Tuesday, November 22, has perfected a case of theft against the movie marketer and socialite, and his file transfered to prosecution.
Police sources told encomium.ng that he is likely to appear before a magistrate today (Thursday, November 24) or tomorrow (Friday, November 25) for alleged stealing with a minimum of three years imprisonment upon conviction.
The estranged lover of Nollywood star actress Toyin Aimakhu was apprehended on Tuesday, November 22, after he reportedly fled with 9 iPhone handsets.
He denied the theft, claiming he was going to pick money from his car. A mob descended on him, battering his mouth.
Seun Egbeegbe was later arrested by police from Area F Command on Oba Akinjobi, GRA Ikeja (Lagos).
