Sir Cliff Richard set to return to charts amid police investigation

Sir Cliff Richard looks set to return to the charts after about a week since his home was raided by police in connection with a sex offence investigation, following increase in his hit single – I Still Believe in You.

Sales of the 1992 Number 7 hit have soared since, with midweek sales figures released by Official Charts Company putting the track at number 43 today (August 20), three places shy of the top 40.

The figures show the track is only 500 copies off the Top 40.
