According to Men’s Health, sleeping with your clothes on makes you too hot, as temperature drops. It also says sperm production can also be helped by sleeping naked.
A urologist, Brain Steixner, M.D based in Atlantic City, New Jersey (United States of America) says sleeping naked helps protect your private parts.
Adding that pyjamas and underwear can keep heat and moisture in and create the perfect breeding ground for bacteria.
