SLKomedy, Gbemi Olateru-Olagbegi, Femi Bakre, Fu’ad Lawal and others gear up for Second Social4Media Masterclass

Gbemi Olateru-Olagbegi, SLKomedy, Femi Bakre, Princess Abumere, Michael Okeje, Fu’ad Lawal, Ken Ndubuisi, Yemi Johnson, Kayode Abass and others have been confirmed speakers at the second edition of the Social4Media masterclass to hold on Wednesday, September 4, 2019, at Radisson Blu Hotel, Ikeja GRA, Lagos.

This year’s workshop will have 12 professionals and experts from the fields of marketing, media and tech. The speakers and facilitators will share useful insights through case studies and provide practical tools that will help journalists, bloggers and storytellers to effectively leverage opportunities that digital media offers. It is believed that with improved digital skills and a deeper understanding of technology tools, more media professionals in Africa can successfully innovate and grow.

Lagos based marketing and media company, ID Africa and marketing technology startup, Plaqad will organise the free digital skills training event which will cater for over 50 Nigerian media professionals.

Speaking on the Masterclass, CEO of ID Africa, Femi Falodun says,

“A lot of our friends in the media; journalists and publishers are putting great effort in getting online and using social media, but many are still not achieving the desired results. Our mission with Social4Media is to provide insights, tools and techniques that will help them succeed and grow their businesses.”

Social4Media Masterclass, which is also supported by BlackHouse Media (BHM) first held in November 2017.
