On Thursday,April 28,2016, a four minutes and 27 seconds video of Congolese Minister for Posts Telecommunications masturbating in his office went viral.
The 54 year old Enock Ruberangaba Sebineza was captured in the video displaying his massive manhood after which he masturbated, ejaculated and secured his juice in a white handkerchief.
He dutifully disposed the handkerchief in the dustbin and resumes his work. But after the video found its way to the internet, it went viral shortly as Congolese people on Social Media insisted that Sebineza must be fired. The president yielded to their demands on April 30, 2016 as he sacked the minister for misconduct.
The minister’s sacking therefore led to celebrations of some sort in DRC as the Social Media warriors reveled in their victory.
