– Senate investigates cause of collapse
– mystery aircraft allegation will be investigated – Obanikoro
The Youth League of South Africa’s ruling party – African National Congress (ANC) – has called on their president – Jacob Zuma – to deny Prophet TB Joshua (the owner of the six-storey building which collapsed last week in Lagos, Nigeria) a visa into the country, as the televangelist plans to visit the country to commiserate with the families of 84 persons who lost their lives in the disaster.
Meanwhile, the senate has mandated its committee on Lands, Housing and Urban Development to organize a sensitization public hearing on the menace of collapsed building on the country; even as the Minister of State for Defence, Musiliu Obanikoro, has assured that investigations are ongoing to unravel the mystery over the aircraft that allegedly caused the collapse of the building.
