The Lagos Television (Lateef Jakande, Ikeja, Lagos) candle light procession in honour of Taiwo Oshadipe ended today (Tuesday, October 14, 2014) at around 7:50 pm without notable entertainers or her family members.

Organizers of the procession who had planned a befitting ceremony were disappointed at the turn out. And instead of the earlier schedule, to march through the Governor’s Office in Alausa, and end up at Murhi International Television, also in Alausa, Ikeja (Lagos), the programme was abridged.

The procession party only stayed in the premises of LTV.

Members of Taiwo Oshadipe’s family couldn’t make the procession in spite of earlier promises. At a point, they were said to be in traffic – but when they didn’t turn up by 7:15 (from the 5 pm schedule), the event was started with a prayer at 7:20pm.
