This is how MMM was suspended in South Africa

Mavrodi Mondial Moneybox (MMM), suspended for a month today in Nigeria, bears a striking similarity to the manner the ponzi scheme was suspended in South Africa.

The  Nigerian version is scheduled to resume operations on January 17, 2017 – and many don’t believe that the scheme which pays 30% interest has any plans of returning.

Especially since the South African version was similarly suspended on May 3, 2016, and  resumed operations months after.

Introduced last year, it has 2,001,102 participants in Nigeria .
