Stories are swirling around town that the deadly, crafty, rich and notorious kidnapper nabbed on Saturday, June 10, 2017, was arrested earlier in January with his wife but freed by the courts.
Police sources say the account is unlikely. Unless he was arrested while he posed as a different person having committed an unrelated crime.
For someone known to the Police, who participated in a well publicised kidnap attemp involving Young Shall Grow Motor’s Chief Vincent Obianodo in August 2013, that tale is tall.
What’s more, he had been the source of torment across the nation, so it’s an unlikely scenario.
