We’re yet to receive official letter on Moji Olaiya’s death and burial – Fayose

Ekiti governor, Ayodele Fayose has maintained that the state government has not received any official letter from either the family or colleagues of late popular thespian, Moji Olaiya, soliciting assistance to execute her burial plan . He added until that’s done, the state can’t do anything in that respect.
Speaking with encomium.ng on Tuesday, May 23, 2017, via his  Special Assistant on Publicity and New Media, Mr Lere Olayinka, the governor expressed total dismay on how the issue has been twisted against his person and government on social media, portraying himself and his administration irresponsive to the plight of the family and colleagues of the deceased actress.
“I can tell you, as we speak, we’re yet to receive any official letter from either the family or colleagues of Moji Olaiya concerning assistance to bring her body to Nigeria. No one has made anything official concerning that. And until that is done, I don’t think anything can be pledged by the governor. I have made a statement on this yesterday to  clarify the issue. You’re free to check my Facebook wall for details.”
