DOVES RELEASED BY POPE ATTACKED BY SEAGULL AND CROW
Doves released by the Pope, at the Apostolic Palace, the Vatican, Rome, were attacked by a seagull and a large crow to the consternation of onlookers.
Pope Francis was joined by two children to release the white doves as a gesture of peace.
But the doves were attacked mid-air – losing some feathers as they were repeatedly pecked. It was unclear if the doves eventually escaped the ‘satanic’ onslaught.
PARENTS WHO ARGUE PUT THEIR CHILDREN’S HEALTH AT RISK
Experts have concluded that children who are eye witnesses to their parents’ constant bickering are at high risk.
Apart from long term mental heart problems, they could develop headaches, stomach pains and reduced growth.
The study’s co-authors (Dr. Catherine Houston and Prof. Gordon Harold) maintained that destructive and constructive conflicts have a lasting effect on children. And reconciliation of the conflicts puts in perspective for youngsters how difficult sometimes life can be.
“Not all arguing has a negative outcome. If a child sees his or her parents in conflicts, then work things out, they understand it’s possible for difficult situations to be resolved and they feel more secure.”

The 59 year-old bachelor told a magazine, following the discovery of his alleged affair with actress Juliet Gayet (41), that he would remain single.
