Who circulated Tagbo’s fake autopsy report?

It is no more news that hip-hop singer, Davido lost three friends in five days. However, the mystery behind the death of the three friends five days apart is yet to be totally unravelled.
 Initially, a fake autopsy result of the test carried out on one of the friends, Tagbo Umeike went viral on the social media indicating excessive consumption of alcohol and drug abuse as the cause of the untimely of the young man who died on his birthday. However, the identity of the person who circulated the fake autopsy is not known but was said to have been copied from one U.S based website. It went viral almost immediately, Mondaymorning on the social media. The fake report was eventually traced to be

the autopsy for Kenneka Jenkins, the American teenager who walked into a hotel freezer and died.

According to the fake report, the Medical Examiner’s Office autopsy revealed that alcohol was a substantial factor in the death of 35-year-old Tagbo Umeike, the friend of Davido who died on his birthday. The result also showed that he had alcohol and drugs in his system capable of easing a person into the early stages of hypothermia and eventual death. The toxicology tests detected alcohol (Bacardi 151, 75.5 percent Alcohol) and topiramate, a medication for epilepsy and/or migraines in a man’s system, in Tagbo Umeike.’ Tagbo’s blood-alcohol concentration (BAC) was at 0.112, higher than the 0.08 legal limit for normal human being state, the coroner’s office stated.
Meanwhile, the original autopsy was released yesterday, which says he died of suffocation.
