Who Replaces Lagos APC chairman

The chairman of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos state, Chief Henry Ajomale will be vacating his position after 12 years at the helm of affairs of the party. Already, some politicians are said to be jostling to replace him. 

Among the prominent politicians jostling to take over from him are :
1. Senator Tokunbo Afikuyomi, a two-term senator representing two senatorial districts of Lagos state in the current political dispensation, one-time governorship candidate of ANPP and former commissioner for Tourism and Inter-Governmental Relations in Lagos state.  He is 56 years old and prominent politician from Lagos Mainland Local Government area of the state.
2. Senator Ganiyu Olarenwaju Solomon, a former chairman of Mushin Local Government Council, a one-term member of House of Representatives, a two-term senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He also thrice aspired to be the governor of the state. He is 58 years old and a prominent politician from Mushin Local Government area of the state.
3. Alhaji Babatunde Alade Baloguna three times commissioner of Home Affairs and Culture in the state. He is 67 years old and prominent politician from Apapa Local government area of the state.

4. Mr Sunny Akinsanya Ajose is a former Head of Service (HOS ) in the state and Special Adviser, Governor’s Office in the two terms of Governor Fashola. He is 72 years old and prominent politician from Badagry axis of the state.
