Why Prophet T.B Joshua has not been at Synagogue for a while

The real reason Prophet TB Joshua has not ministered live for a while as usual on Sundays at Synagogue Church of All Nations headquarters, Ikotun, Lagos, is not unconnected with the fact that he has been on a

missionary assignment to Columbia since about four weeks ago. Contrary to heightened concern over possible reasons, ENCOMIUM Weekly reliably gathered that the prophet went for a crusade at Cali, Columbia, in the first week of this month

And due to massive turn out which they claimed had never been recorded before in that country and the huge success of the ministrations,  the country leaders and citizens prevailed on him to stay with them for a while and help tackle their numerous spiritual problems.

A Columbian, Eromo Alufohai, squealed to us that never before had they witnessed such a thing in their country.

“The crusade kicked off on a highly commendable note, I got glued to it. The ever present Holy Spirit with Prophet TB Joshua manifested in great magnitude. Several incredible healings, deliverances took place to the glory of God. It was apparent that never before had Colombians

seen anything near that. Numerous country flags  hosted at event venue portrayed that representatives came from all corners of the globe. The Lord indeed, is good”

Thus, for three weeks, “Prophet T B Joshua had his hands full with missionary assignments and couldn’t come home to minister in his church. However, his Five Wise Men stood in the gap for him, preaching and ministering to the sick. He is an international minister and he had said he will focus more on international ministration this year because the pressure from the international community is too much. The Guardian Newspaper, UK, reported that the SCOAN prophet attracted foreign attendees weekly more than the combined visitors at Buckingham Palace and The Tower of London, Thus, there is no issue whatsoever and if you have been following Emmanuel TV, you would have known and understood what’s happening”

According to the 51 year old Prophet Joshua’s official biography, unusual circumstances surrounded his birth. It is claimed he spent 15 months in his mother’s womb and narrowly avoided death after a quarry explosion near his house sent rocks through the roof just seven days after his birth.

Joshua attended St. Stephen’s Anglican Primary School, Arigidi-Akoko, between 1971 and 1977, but failed to complete one year of secondary school education. In school, he was known as Small pastor because of his love for the Bible. He did casual jobs after his schooling ended, including cleaning up chicken wastes at a poultry farm. He organised Bible studies for local children and attended evening school during this period. He attempted to join the Nigerian military but it was thwarted due to a train breakdown that left him stranded en route the military academy.

He wrote that in a heavenly vision, he received divine anointing and a covenant from God to start his ministry. Following this, he founded the The Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) with only a handful of members. According to the organisation, more than 30,000 members attend its weekly Sunday service. Visitors from outside Nigeria are hostel in the accommodation blocks at the church.
