Wearing perfumes makes you feel fresh and smell nice all day. But there’s a little twist to how your apply your fragrance.
Experts say you shouldn’t limit wearing your perfume to just necks and wrists. Perfume should be applied to pulse points and places on your body that radiates heat, and that includes your belly button.
According to Senior perfumers at Takasago (a fragrance company), Steven Claisse, wearing your perfume on your belly button is good. “Any area on your body that radiates heat will enhance a scent, and your belly button does just that. The body heat coming from the pulse point on your belly button provides the perfect place for perfume.”
Ruth Mastenbroek, a UK based perfume experts says that wearing perfume on your belly button is one of the places best for your scent. Adding that your feet and ankles are also unusual places to spray your fragrance because they’re moving all the time.
