CHP Commissioner, Joe Farrow, confirmed the settlement, reached after a nine-hour mediation session in Los Angeles (LA) yesterday (September 24) night, in a statement.

The officer, Daniel Andrew, ‘has elected to resign’, but could still be charged criminally in the case.
