A southern Californian woman, Judy Huth has claimed that she was sexually harassed at the Playboy mansion by comic star, Bill Cosby in 1974, when she was just 15 years old.
She has filed a lawsuit against the entertainer, claiming that they met on a film set where she was given alcohol to drink before being taken to the Los Angeles, California mansion and was forced to say she was 19 at the time of the incident.
Evidently, this happens to be the first lawsuit the star actor has faced since he settled one out of court in 2005, and now Huth argues that the statute of limitation should not apply in this case as she has suffered severe emotional distress which she only discovered the impact within the past three years.
