Bishop (Dr.) Tom Samson is the General Overseer of Christ Royal Family International Church, and also President and Founder of Tom Samson Foundation, an organization set up with the mandate of giving solace to the underprivileged. He is a native of Ogbagu-Ogume in Ndokwa Local Government Area of Delta State. Born in Ile-Ife, Osun State, on December 13, 1965. He attended St. Murumba Primary School, Ile-Ife, 1972-1977, and Modakeke Islamic Grammar School, Modakeke, Osun State 1978-1982, for his primary and secondary school education respectively. Then proceeded to the then Bendel State University, Abraka Campus, where he graduated with B.sc. in Business Administration in 1991.
Blessed with a kind, adorable and prayerful wife, Rev. Mrs. Lanre Samson, who is also a pastor in his ministry and amazing children, Wale, Tom, Stanley and Precious.
The ministry began as a fellowship in 1986 by Bishop Dr. Tom Samson as a year one student in the then Bendel State University, Ekpoma, Edo State. It later transformed into a church in December, 1991, with five members and in a rented apartment.
