In another move to consolidate its place as the social networking leader, Facebook has stopped including results from Microsoft’s Bing search engine on its site as the company has revamped its own search offerings.
Staring from Monday (December 15), users will be able to quickly find past comments and other information posted by their friends on Facebook as the company to introduce a new tool.
The decision may reflect the increasing importance that Facebook sees in Web search technology, a market dominated by Google.
