– Shows no sign of pregnancy
THOSE waiting to see Mrs. Emmy Madubuko, wife of Revival Assembly Church, Apostle Anselm Madubuko with a baby bump in church recently were disappointed as the Kenyan singer appeared with a flat tummy. Weeks back, there was speculation and news was everywhere that the dark skinned woman is on a nine-months course. And many of Revival Assembly Church members have been eager to catch a glimpse of their new mummy with protruding stomach, but they were disappointed as the woman showed no sign of pregnancy.
Mrs. Emmy Madubuko, for some time now, has been around the world with her husband for evangelism, the more reason she has been out of scene. She staged a comeback at the church on two separate occasions. One was on Sunday, November 10, 2013 at the church’s Ogba, Lagos branch, and the second was on Wednesday, November 20, 2013, at the church’s Lekki, Lagos branch where it became obvious she is not pregnant.
This development may have to put to rest speculation that the 33 year-old and her clergy husband are expecting a child months after their talk-of-the-town wedding in Kenya and Lagos.
All efforts to reach out to the church’s publicist, Kika Okoh were unsuccessful. Our enquiry via an email was not replied.
Apostle Anselm Madubuko and the Kenyan born former Miss Emmy Kosgie, tied the knot on Saturday, August 31, 2013, in Kenya. They came back to Nigeria shortly after and held their wedding thanksgiving on Sunday, September 15, 2013, at the Sheraton Hotel & Towers, Ikeja, Lagos. Apostle Madubuko remarried one year after the death of his wife, Mrs. Connie Madubuko.
