Kiss Daniel and Wizkid locked in battle for top spot on Mtv Base Official Naija top ten

…As Osi Suave Co-Hosts This Week’s Edition

This week’s edition of the weekly countdown show was co-hosted by Beat FM OAP Osi Suave, who treated viewers and regular host VJ Ehiz to a humorous freestyle to Lil Kesh’s streetbanger ‘Shoki’.

For the fourth week in a row, Kiss Daniel’s Woju’ has held on by its teeth to the number one position on MTV Base Official Naija Top Ten ahead of Wizkid’s ‘Ojuelegba’.

After entering the countdown five weeks ago at number 4, ‘Woju’ immediately shot to number one the next week and has stayed on the top spot ahead of Wizkid’s street anthem ever since. Davido’s ‘The Sound’ also stays at number three where it was last week as it waits for the titanic battle of the top two street hits above it to abate.

Orezi’s ‘Shuperu’ moves up two spots to number four this week and Banky W’s directorial debut ‘Unborn Child’ drops one spot to number five. DJ Jimmy Jatt’s ‘Glasses Up’ is up two positions to number eight and Runtown’s ‘The Latest’ drops three spots to number ten.

There are no new entries this week as all of last week’s songs survive on the chart but this week’s ‘One to Watch’ track which may break into next week’s chart is Stunnah Gee’s ‘Dengeme’ Remix featuring Davido.
